numbness in my leg with pain when pressures applied?

dec 23ed i was in a car accident. im assuming my leg hit the glove compartment or dashboard. i was taken to the er, where they just gave me painkillers and sent me on my way, innumerable doctors later, along with xrays upon xrays, mri’s, bone scans, etc, they find nothing wrong with my leg. this doesnt make sense to me, or anyone else, because its still numb on the inner / lower area around my right knee. the numbness is accompanied with excessive pain when normal pressure is applied, for example, if i kneel on the floor, even a rug, it hurts alot. im guessing nerve damage, thats been apparent in my mind, even if it hasnt been in anyone elses. but im not sure exactly what to do. whenever i think about it, i attempt to massage it fairly hard or kneel on it to get the feeling back in it a bit. after i do things like that, it sometimes itches. im not sure what the connection between all of this is, but any advice is helpful, as well as ways for me to get normal feeling back into my leg.
